With the holidays upon us, the City of Wyoming is gearing up for the return of the season’s best-loved events.

The spooky Halloween weekend in Wyoming included the Howling Pooch Parade on Saturday and Trick-Or-Treating on Sunday.

In honor of Black Poetry Day on October 17, Wyoming Community in Action (WCIA) held a special event featuring the spoken word on Saturday, Oct. 16.

The newly formed Wyoming Independent Restaurant Association, which held its first event back in June, is presenting Wyoming Walk-a-Bite, a progressive dinner walking tour, on Saturday, Oct. 9

Wyoming residents celebrated both Independence Day and some measure of freedom from COVID restrictions with a July 4th parade, block party at the Village Green, and the fireworks display at Oak Park.

On Saturday, June 26, Movie on the Green premiered at the Wyoming Village Green.

Warm breezes, great food and music, plus some fine bourbon drew a big crowd to the Village Green last weekend for the city's Bourbon, Blues + BBQ event.

Bring your whole crew and gather with friends for the first Movie on the Green night, happening June 26 at 7 p.m. on the Village Green.

Live on the Green, Wyoming’s free summer concert series, kicks off its Summer 2021 run on Wednesday, June 9 from 7 to 9pm at the Village Green on Wyoming Avenue. 

Visitors toured nine gardens around the city May 23rd in the Wyoming Blooms Garden Tour arranged by the Urban Forestry & Beautification Commission.
