Wyoming residents will have two upcoming opportunities to support the Village Green Performance Pavilion and Park renovation projects.
On Friday, Dec. 2, stop by The W Lounge from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Wyoming firefighters Noa Sidley and Connor Brunck are slinging drinks to benefit the project. Last week, The W Lounge hosted a similar fundraiser for Wyoming schools and raised $1,400 in tips!
If you can’t make on Friday, you have another chance to support the projects at Tēla on Tuesday, Dec. 6, for their Dine + Donate event. All day long, for eat-in or takeout orders, Tēla will donate 10 percent of sales to the cause.
The City of Wyoming 2018 Master Plan identified the Village Green as a zone for potential change, including adding a performance pavilion to better accommodate special events and expand programming possibilities.
