The spooky Halloween weekend in Wyoming included the Howling Pooch Parade at the Village Green on Saturday, October 30 with the proceeds benefiting the Village Green Capital Campaign. A vampire flash mob kicked off the event and ended with prizes after the parade for “Best Costume”, “Best Dog Trick”, and “Best Tail Wagger”. On Sunday, October 31, the two-legged ghouls had the run of the streets for an evening of trick or treating.
