Wyoming Mayor Thaddeus Hoffmeister sweetened a little lesson in government with treats this past Saturday for a small group of students in grades six through 12.
The combination of his experience with local government and as a law professor, plus a chocolate covered donut on the side, made for a memorable morning and an insightful look into the inner workings of both local and national government.
