Outdoor exercise holds a unique appeal in this age of social distancing.

The Mysfit dance class on June 24 offered participants the chance to get their workout in while enjoying fresh air and freedom of a park. The next Fitness on the Green event will be held on Wednesday, July 1 at 7:00 pm, weather permitting. The free fitness class will feature a Pilates workout led by Karen Mitchell.

Please bring your own mat or towel and water bottle.
