Holiday OneStop Shop – Saturday, December 7th 10-3pm at the Civic Center
Kick your holiday shopping off to a great start with a day of shopping that supports local vendors. The Civic Center is transformed into a holiday bazaar for this annual event. Shop for jewelry, personalized stationery, monogramming, spirit wear, and lots more, while enjoying holiday music and food.
Wyoming Kindervelt’s Christmas Tree Sales
This year’s tree sales will run Saturday, Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 8 from noon to 4 p.m.. All sales will take place at the Wyoming High School Tennis Courts off Springfield Pike near Fleming Road. Pop-a-Dog will be on hand Saturday for a quick lunch. Delivery within 20 miles is available for $10 and all tress will be delivered on Sunday, Dec. 8. Kindervelt is the largest auxiliary of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) and is organized through neighborhood groups across the region. Junior Women’s Club of Wyoming “Light Up Wyoming” Luminary Sales
Light Up Wyoming is a longstanding tradition in the community with the goal of creating an “unbroken circle of light” with luminaries throughout the City of Wyoming to show holiday spirit. Light Up will take place on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 6-8 p.m., in conjunction with Wyoming’s Holiday celebration. The Junior Women’s Club of Wyoming (JWC) will have luminary kits for sale at the high school tennis court lot Saturday, Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 8 from 12 to 4 p.m. in conjunction with Kindervelt’s tree sale. Last minute sales will be held Saturday, Dec 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Wyoming Civic Center. Light Up Wyoming is one of the JWC’s primary fundraisers. Celebrate the spirit of the season with your family and enjoy Light Up Wyoming as the City and JWC host special this special celebration at the Wyoming Civic Center and the Village Green. Activities include horse drawn carriage rides with pick up points at the Village Green and at the Civic Center, a visit with Santa Claus in the gazebo, holiday shopping in the Business District, live holiday music, ice carving, ginger bread house making (for a $10 fee), and holiday food treats, such as hot chocolate and cookies!
