The weather provided most of the chills this Halloween, but howling winds and plunging temperatures didn’t dampen the spirits of young trick or treaters – or enthusiastic candy providers – who still went all out to welcome the Halloween goblins with full-scale ghoulish hospitality.
Wyoming’s first responders were out in force to help keep the evening safe.
