Todd Wales was named the 2019 Exemplary Volunteer of the Year.
Todd has served the City of Wyoming in a variety of capacities including serving on the Urban Forestry and Beautification Commission and other various City Task Forces, and has donated professional landscape design services at locations such as the Village Green, the Civic Center, the Recreation Center, the Community Gardens, and Chisolm Park. The nominee is selected by City staff and is then approved by City Council via the resolution.
