Shoppers at Wyoming’s Holiday One Stop Shop didn’t let Saturday’s rain dampen their holiday spirit. And why should they? With gifts from over 30 vendors, food and drink from WyCoCo and Kaimelsky’s, and the sounds of the Wyoming Civic Winds, all inside the newly-renovated Civic Center, there was plenty of reason to be festive.
