The weather was just perfect for Light-Up Wyoming this year. Just cold enough to enjoy being in the Civic Center eating cookies and sipping hot chocolate while listening to seasonal music, but not too cold to sit on Santa’s lap or watch the ice sculptor before taking a carriage ride through Wyoming to see the miles of luminaries spaced along the streets of Wyoming.
