A crowd took over Springfield Pike on October 21 to show their love of dogs and support the Wyoming Youth Services at the Halloween Hoopla and Howling Pooch Parade.
Dogs and dog owners sported creative costumes and kids enjoyed games, inflatables, pumpkin carving, and sugary treats.
