The Wyoming School Foundation extends its thanks to everyone who supported its annual gala event, Feast and Fantasy. This year’s event brought back a little bit of nostalgia and mixed in some Super Bowl excitement.
The event took place at the Glendale Lyceum, and the atmosphere created a perfect environment to mix, mingle, and fun-raise for a worthy cause. Over laughs and conversation, nearly 180 guests savored a tailgate menu provided by Chef’s Choice Catering. Three B’s Sweets complimented dessert with delicious artisan chocolates. After dinner, a large crowd filled the dance floor to enjoy the grooves of 2nd Wind.
At the event, Peter Guggenheim, WSF Ex Officio President, was honored with the distinction of Emeritus Trustee for his years of leadership, service, and dedication to the Foundation. He joins a short list of esteemed Trustees with this honor.
Each year at the gala, the Foundation raises funds to touch the lives of primary, middle, and high school students. This year, generous contributions generated over $18,000 against a goal of $10,000 toward the new Emeritus Trustees Fund. The money raised will directly benefit the immediate needs of all Wyoming students.
Of course, the fantastic evening would not have been possible without the leadership its co-chairs, Camille & Leonard Robinson and Elise & Chad Foster. With much gratitude, the Wyoming School Foundation also extends its thanks to their committee who worked tirelessly to help plan, gather auction items, and set up the event, and to the many sponsors and donors who made this event a huge success.
Support of Feast & Fantasy, as well as the Fund-A-Need Challenge, represents the generosity and belief in meeting the needs of Wyoming City Schools today, and in the future! Thank you!
